The colt was bought by John Cullinan of Horse Park Stud and will be coming back to Tattersalls next autumn.

"The mare was a good runner and has produced a good horse in Elegiac, while her Henrythenavigator yearling has gone to Mark Johnston – if anyone can win with one by the time we return to sale, it is him!"

Lot 171:
Madeline Burns of Rathasker Stud was "delighted" with the sale of her Kodiac filly out of the mare Lake Nona for 150,000gns to Stroud Coleman Bloodstock.
"I bought the mare in-foal here in 2016 carrying this filly," said Burns, who has three mares at the stud in her own name. "She is a lovely filly - very typical of the sire.
"The mare had a Zoffany colt and is in-foal to Sea The Stars, both crosses that work.
"We know this family very well as we bred the black-type horses – Dominant, Es Que Love, Zhui Feng and Listen In – who are out of Bellona, the second dam on this page.
"Three new black-type performers have also come through this year – Teppal, Call The Wind and Listen In – it is just a family that keeps on producing."
Burns added: "The team at home have done a great job."
(16:42)
Lot 154:
the Lanwades Stud stallion Sea The Moon has had a good first year with runners and is this year's leading juvenile sire in Germany, his topperformer being the Preis des Winterfavoriten (G3) winner, Noble Moon.
That success was reflected by the sale of this daughter by the sire to Stroud Coleman Bloodstock for 125,000gns.
The sale also resulted in a very pleased consignor Ronald Rauscher who said: "The sire has done well this year and, although there was some Montjeu in this filly as her dam sire, I think she was a very good advertisement for Sea The Moon.
"She had the right people on her and has sold well. She was bred by Gestut Ammerland and it was just a late decision to come to sale."
The German-based consigner Rauscher brought four lots to the December Yearling Sale and added: "I have sold them all - one in a private sale - so that is very pleasing, it is always difficult to know what might happen at an end-of-year sale. I will be looking to purchase foals this week, too."
Purchaser Anthony Stroud was also full of praise for the filly: "She is very athletic and light on her feet - the sire has been going well."
(16:18)
Lot 149:
"We were sorry not to have been able to bring this filly to Book 1," said Kirsten Rausing of her Sea The Stars filly out of Grain Only, who sold for 105,0000gns.
"Unfortunately she got a stone bruise and could not come in October. I am delighted that she was purchased today by John Gosden and Stroud Coleman Bloodstock. She is a lovely filly and has always done everything right - except find one stone to stand on!"
Born in April, she is a half-sister to Australian Group 3 winner Caravan Rolls On and to the Listed placed Gabrial's Star.
It is the further family of the champion three-year-old filly Pure Grain.
"Her dam Grain Only had a colt foal by Bobby's Kitten this year. I have two by him to sell later this week and I think there are 25 catalogued," added Rausing of the son of Kitten's Joy, who stands at Lanwades.
(16:03)

"Rashed is keen to have good horses for the big days' racing. We don't know who will be training this horse as yet," the pair added.

She is a half-sister to the Grade 1 Manhattan Handicap runner-up Millennium Dragon.
(14:13)
Lot 89:
a decision not to sell this Oasis Dream colt out of Azanara earlier in the autumn has paid off for breeders, the brothers Martin and Lee Taylor of Elysian Bloodstock Ltd, as the colt was purchased today for 260,000gns by Stroud Coleman Bloodstock.
"His full-brother was going well at home and he won his first race on October 15, and then went on to finish second in the Group 3 Horris Hill. We wanted to wait until he had run before offering this colt," reported the brothers who retained the older brother, named him Arzano, and have him in training with John Gosden.
"The mare has produced five foals and they have all been beautiful. She had a filly foal by Frankel this year and is in-foal to Sea The Stars," added Martin Taylor of the Hurricane Run mare Azanara, who boards with Bill Dwan in Ireland.
Purchaser Anthony Stroud said: "This is a very nice horse and has been produced well. John is very keen on the full-brother and this colt will go to him."

(13:34)
Lot 58:
earlier this autumn the young sires Kingman and No Nay Never dominated the October Yearling Sale Book 2 getting the top two prices.
At present in the December Yearling Sale 2018, it seems history is repeating itself as this filly by Coolmore's No Nay Never sells for 98,000gns.
Bred by Christopher Hanbury's Triermore Stud, she is the first foal out of the mare Virginia Celeste (Galileo), a full-sister to the Australian Group 3 runner-up Granddukeoftuscany. In Book 2, Kingman got the top price when his colt out of Reem sold for 750,000gns, while and No Nay Never's colt out of Jacquelin Jag was joint second-best at 450,000gns.
Both stallions also had two lots in the top ten, while Kingman's nine sold yearlings averaged 256,111gns in Book 2 and No Nay Never's 11 sold for an average price of 198,636gns.
Successful purchaser was Jono Mills and he said: "She is a big strong filly and looks a straightforward type. She is out of a Galileo mare and by a young stallion who has done well."
(13:01)
Lot 39:
the bay Kingman filly sold by Baroda and Colbinstown Studs on behalf of breeders Saleh Al Homaizi and Imad Al Sagar makes 92,000gns.
She was purchased by Matt Coleman of Stroud Coleman on behalf of Tally-Ho Stud and is likely to be reconsigned at the Craven Sale next year.
"You will probably see her back here in five months' time at the Craven Sale as she has been bought as a breeze-up prospect," said Coleman.
"Obviously Kingman has had a fantastic year and I think she is probably good value - he will be standing at £75,000 next spring and she is out of a black-type mare, who was also a breeze-up horse, and is a half-sister to a black-type placed horse."
The filly's dam is Shyrl (Acclamation), who finished second in the Queen Mary Stakes (G2) and was bought at the Craven Sale 2008 for 70,000gns by Tony Nerses from Con Marnane's Bansha House Stables. She hit a career high BHA mark of 101.

Chairman's statement
At the conclusion of the 2018 Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale, Tattersalls Chairman Edmond Mahony commented;
“While the new record price of 1 million guineas was the obvious highlight of the 2018 Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale, it is the huge number of overseas buyers we have welcomed this week that has been the stand-out feature of another successful sale at Tattersalls.
“There is truly no other sale quite like the Tattersalls Autumn Horses in Training Sale and it continues to attract buyers from all corners of the world for whom the sale is an unmissable annual event.
"We have regular buyers at this sale who attend only one bloodstock sale a year and it is the diversity of the buyers which sets the Autumn Horses in Training Sale apart from any other sale of this type.
“The top of the market has been as strong, if not stronger, than ever and the 1 million guineas sale-topping filly Aljazzi is a tribute to the quality broodmare band assembled at Blue Diamond Stud by Tony Nerses on behalf of Saleh Al Homaizi and Imad Al Sagar, much of which will be offered for sale at the forthcoming Tattersalls December Sale.
"It is only the second time we have had three lots sell for 400,000gns or more at this sale and with the buyers of the top 20 lots coming from England, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Australia and the USA, it is clear that the demand for quality European bloodstock continues to thrive.
“The beauty of the Autumn Horses in Training Sale is that there are numerous buyers, both domestic and international, competing in all sectors of the market. British and Irish Flat and National Hunt trainers always make a massive contribution to this fixture and alongside the vast number of buyers from the Gulf region, we have also had notable participation from Greece, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Spain.
"In the course of every year we try, alongside our overseas representatives, to explore as many overseas markets as possible, and the success of this week’s sale provides encouragement as we approach the equally international Tattersalls December Sale."

Bred by Hascombe And Valiant Studs, she is a half-sister to three black-type fillies and from the extended family of the champion Golden Horn.
"It is one of the most alive families out there," said Houldsworth. "There are at least four half-sisters breeding and she has the best pedigree in the sale.
"I went to see her last week and she was the one I wanted. She is for an undisclosed Irish client and will go to stud in Ireland now."
A number of agents were around the sales ring and taking instructions on the telephone, but it was Matt Coleman who stretched Houldsworth to his final bid.
A one-time winner, she was sold by Grange House Stables (I. Mohammed) for Rabbah Bloodstock.

Abdulaziz Al Boenain, a friend of Al-Emadi, said: "She is a lovely filly, she has above average ability. She will go to Qatar and run in our fillies and mares' races.
"The timing of this sale is good because it is before our season starts. It has been difficult to buy, especially fillies."
Shape Of Water is a daughter of Charm Spirit and has twice finished fifth over 7f for Richard Hannon.
Al-Emadi purchased Jewel House (Dubawi) at the July Sale 2017 from the Juddmonte draft - he is now a winner in Qatar and is trained by Ibrahim Al Malki.
